Shipping policy

1. General Provisions

This policy is formulated by our company and applicable to all domestic and international cargo transportation services. It standardizes service procedures, liabilities, charges and compensation rules. All customers shall be deemed to accept this policy upon placing orders. The company reserves the right to revise terms without prior notice.

2. Scope of Services

  1. Domestic Transportation: Door-to-door & warehouse-to-warehouse full-truck and less-than-truckload delivery, including pickup, transshipment and final delivery.
  2. International Transportation: Sea, air and cross-border railway shipping, with customs declaration, clearance and overseas last-mile delivery.
  3. Special Cargo: Cold chain, oversize and properly packed fragile goods are acceptable. Flammable, explosive and contraband goods are prohibited.

3. Transportation Procedures

  1. Order Placement: Customers must provide true and complete cargo information. All fines and detention losses caused by false declaration shall be borne by customers.
  2. Confirmation: The order takes effect after quotation confirmation. Any amendment shall be notified in advance with extra charges at customer’s cost.
  3. Pickup & Handover: Outer packaging and quantity will be checked upon handover. Internal damage with intact outer package shall not be compensated.
  4. Transit Tracking: Logistics tracking is available. Customers will be notified promptly for delays caused by force majeure.
  5. Delivery & Sign-off: Consignees must inspect goods on site. Claims raised after signature will not be accepted.
  6. Payment: Invoices will be issued after delivery. Late payment may lead to suspension of subsequent services.

4. Rights & Obligations

Carrier

We reserve the right to collect freight and reject unqualified or contraband goods. We shall deliver goods safely on schedule, update logistics status and compensate losses caused by our fault according to rules.

Shipper

Customers may track shipments and claim compensation for carrier’s liability. They shall declare cargo truthfully, pack goods properly and settle all fees on time. All detention costs from wrong address or unreachable consignee are for customer’s account.

5. Charges

Freight shall be calculated based on the greater value between actual weight and volumetric weight. Surcharges for pickup, order amendment, storage, cold chain and oversize cargo will be disclosed before order confirmation.

6. Compensation Rules

Compensation only applies to damage or loss verified on site due to carrier’s fault. Maximum compensation without cargo insurance is triple of freight fee. Insured goods shall be compensated per insurance assessment. No compensation for natural wear, force majeure, internal damage with intact package or post-sign-off complaints.

7. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for delays or detention caused by natural disasters, traffic control, customs policy changes, strikes and other unavoidable events. We will take measures to mitigate customer losses.

8. Dispute & Supplementary Terms

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, lawsuits shall be filed at the court where our company is located. This policy serves as general terms for all shipping orders and has equal legal effect with transportation agreements.
